We are Wigtown and Bladnoch — putting community land and buildings into local hands, to create homes, employment and spaces where everyone has opportunities, a voice, and a future.

Who we are

We are a small, all-volunteer board of local people who believe that communities thrive when they own and control the assets they depend on. Since 2016, we have been working to put land, buildings and spaces into community hands in Wigtown and Bladnoch — creating homes for local families, opening spaces for everyone to use, and helping to build a town with real opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
